Andy Williams

With over 30 years experience in the door and joinery industry, Andy has worked for many of the leading door manufacturers in the industry, in both manufacturing and sales capacities. In 2003 Andy spotted a gap in the market for the manufacturing of pre-hung doorsets, and founded ABL doors and windows in direct response.
As General Manager, Stephanie oversees the day-to-day management of the ABL doors team. Collectively, she has over 18 years experience in Finance and Administrative systems.

With over twelve years experience in a sales capacity within the door industry selling and account managing many housing and commercial developers.
Jody’s extensive knowledge of site carpentry and contract management has been gained through over 21 years of experience, giving him not only a strong knowledge of the contract process, but also intimate knowledge of the carpentry industry.
For 46 years, Dave has been a professional in the woodworking industry. He brought his extensive knowledge and craft to ABL 8 years ago, and has overseen the manufacture of our pre-hung doorsets, controlling every aspect of the production process.
Kevin has been working in the logistics sector for over 17 years, and his knowledge has been invaluable in the smooth running of our delivery service.
Christine has extensive experience of office management and customer experience, having worked in customer facing roles for over 12 years. Her helpful manner ensures that ABL’s customers are always offered the best possible service.
With 7 years in purchasing as well as 12 years of sales and marketing experience, Virginia’s expert knowledge and industry insight allows her to effectively manage the end-to-end purchasing process.
